Returns and exchanges

We regret that we cannot accept book returns. Unopened toys may be exchanged for store credit within 30 days of purchase and with a valid receipt. Any exchanges must be facilitated in-store.

Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), seasonal items, and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) cannot be returned or exchanged.

We cannot accept returns on gift cards. Gift cards issued from any other entity (besides Shopify) are expired and cannot be tendered.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
