About Us: 

We are a locally owned boutique bookstore with a thoughtfully curated collection of new books, from picture books through adult. We also carry a selection of gifts, teas, stationery, and wooden toys.

We are located in the Westhaven neighborhood in Franklin, Tennessee.

About the Role:

We are looking for a part-time bookseller to join our team with availability on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. Come be a part of our small-but-mighty bookstore, meet some incredible authors, and use your knowledge of and passion for books and reading to provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Provide product information and recommendations to customers.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
• Restock shelves and ensure products are displayed attractively.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with a positive attitude.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment. 
  

Qualifications:

• Clear and effective communication with customers
• Collaboration with other associates and team members
• Quick and effective problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to adapt and learn quickly
• Organization and attention to detail
• Experience with POS systems
